If I have to choose a favorite part of working with Hopp Creative, it's knowing that I could trust them to do the work with the same care and attention I would have used if this were in my skillset. It was amazing to get to have that experience where they actually took stress OFF my plate instead of adding something I needed to micromanage.

The website design, the copy, the extended functionality are all amazing. Our marketing strategy call was really helpful; even just knowing that it was scheduled helped me start the process (which I might have put off forever). Then the ideas and feedback left me feeling more confident and grounded.

I really needed that solid foundation to feel comfortable putting myself out there. When I hired Mandy really all I wanted was a decent looking website and a functional blog that was easy to navigate and searchable. When she started talking to me about brand design I really couldn't imagine anything that she or her team might come up with, since I was using my personal name for my business and also didn't have anything else I felt like would be "logo worthy". I also didn't have any clue what this design process would look like - I just knew I needed to upgrade my website so I would stop feeling bad about handing out my virtual address.
