15 hours of creative support per year

Use them however you need—website updates, social graphics, email templates, print materials, brand collateral. Your hours, your call.

No starting from scratch

We keep an active strategy file for every Design Club member—brand guidelines, business goals, notes from our calls. Every project builds on what we already know.

Strategy check-ins twice a year

Two 30-minute calls to review your brand, discuss what's working, and plan ahead. Consider it a creative tune-up.

Monthly website health checks

We monitor your site proactively and flag any issues before they become problems. One less thing for you to worry about.

Priority scheduling

We reserve time each month specifically for Design Club members, so there's always availability when you need it.

Extra hours if you need them

End up needing more than 15 hours? Additional time is $150/hour—40% off our standard rate, with all your Design Club benefits intact. Same priority, same partnership.

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts toward my 15 hours?

Any creative work—website updates, graphics, print materials, email templates, brand collateral. Strategy calls and website health checks are included separately and don't count against your hours.

What if I don't use all my hours?

Hours don't roll over year to year, but you can bank them throughout your 12-month period for larger projects.

What's the commitment?

Design Club is a 12-month membership, billed monthly, and renews annually.

What if I need more than 15 hours?

If you're regularly using overflow hours, we'll talk about whether our Studio Retainer makes more sense. It's designed for brands that need more consistent creative partnership.

How quickly will requests get done?

We reserve time each week for Design Club projects. Small stuff—social graphics, quick website tweaks—usually have a first draft back to you within 5 business days. Larger projects take longer depending on what's involved. When you submit something, we'll let you know the timeline.
